This photograpyh shows a sandstone formation known as The Three Gossips in the upper right with rabbitbrush blooms in the foreground. It was captured on film, just after sunrise, in the early 1990s.
I vividly recall the windy morning, and hoping I would not lose the light while waiting for a still moment. I also recall an entire morning of complete solitude in what has since become the most severely overcrowded national park in the United States.
