This lovely 15 meter (49 foot) high waterfall formed where rainforests on the steep southern slope of the Otway Ranges meet the Southern Ocean. In fact it is only 104 meters (341 feet) from the ocean at high tide. Although there is usually some water flowing over the falls, the amount varies significantly with seasonal rainfall. It can go dry during the summer months.
