This thin transluscent limestone formation is called a cave drapery or cave curtain. I was surprised and amused to learn it is also known as cave bacon. The bacon moniker will be obvious those in the US, where bacon is mostly fat and actually looks like this. Others will know it as the less common "American style streaky bacon".
